Social

Alpha Phi takes pride in being a sorority made up of well-rounded and accomplished women, and is known for its outstanding social events in addition to its many other involvement opportunities around campus. Each semester, an exciting new social calendar is presented to the Chapter that includes date nights, mixers, formals, and much more! As an Alpha Phi, you'll make tons of endless memories at all of these lively events!

Date Nights

Each year, Alpha Phi hosts many exciting date nights. Each sister is allowed to invite one person of her choice to share the evening at one of our always memorable events. These fun nights have taken the sisters of Iota Mu and their dates to Hawks Games, Braves Baseball Games, and Comedy Clubs.

Mixers

Mixers, social events between one sorority and one fraternity, are always a big deal for A-Phis! Our Chapter always has a lot of fun at these events. These events allow the girls to get to know the men within the Greek community as well as give the Alpha Phi sisters the opportunity to showcase their creative costumes and bond with their sisters. Recent themes have included Ballers and Scholars, Havana Nights, and Tacky Sweater!

Semi-formals/Formals

In the fall, we hold our Semi-formal, Bordeaux Bash, representing one of our official sorority colors. This classy event has been held at the beautiful 755 Club at Turner Field and the Westin. In the spring, we hold our Formal, Ivy Ball, representing one of our symbols. This elegant event has been held at the Fox and the Four Seasons. At each of these events, all of the Phi's and their dates are always dressed to the nines!
